Our Return & Exchange Promise

We stand behind our gear like a rancher stands behind his fence. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Felt Hats (once shaped, they’re as personal as your signature)
  • Helmets (safety gear must stay pristine)
  • Custom or personalized items (made special just for you)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” (clearer than a desert sky)

The Simple Return Process

Returning your gear is easier than roping a calf:

Step 1: Request Your Return

Within 15 days of receiving your order, send us a return request using the template below to [email protected].

Step 2: Pack It Up

Once approved, pack your items:

  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition (cleaner than a Sunday shirt)
  • Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation

Step 3: Ship It Back

We’ll provide return shipping instructions. Note:

  • For exchanges: We’ll cover return shipping costs like a good neighbor covers your back
  • For refunds: Return shipping is your responsibility (unless the return is due to our error)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method (safer than a bank vault)

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days (faster than a jackrabbit)
  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is our fault)

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference faster than you can say “yeehaw”

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your gear arrives damaged or incorrect (rarer than a blue moon):

International Returns

For our global cowboys and cowgirls:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility

  • We can’t refund original customs/duties (as stubborn as a mule)
