What kind of Western gear do you sell?
We offer authentic cowboy essentials including boots (Men’s Boots, Boot Accessories), hats (Felt Hats, Helmets, Caps), clothing (Chaps, Chaps & Pants, Jeans), and accessories (Cinches, Bits). Whether you’re working the ranch or dressing for the rodeo, we’ve got gear as reliable as your favorite horse.
Do you sell kids’ cowboy gear?
Yes indeed! We offer Kids Casuals for your little buckaroos. From miniature boots to tiny hats, we’ve got the young ones covered in authentic Western style.
Are your products authentic Western wear?
As authentic as a Texas sunset! We source only genuine Western gear that would make even the most seasoned cowboy nod in approval. Our products are built for both style and function, whether you’re actually working cattle or just love the cowboy aesthetic.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, as well as PayPal. Your payment information is safer with us than a gold nugget in a bank vault.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your information tighter than a new pair of boots. We don’t store your full payment details on our servers after your transaction is complete.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not currently, partner. But we’re working on it faster than a bronco out the gate! In the meantime, you can always purchase items as gifts and have them shipped directly to your lucky recipient.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship our Western gear worldwide, except to some remote Asian regions (we’re working on expanding our delivery trails to those areas). Whether you’re in Texas or Tasmania, we’ll get your gear to you.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two reliable shipping options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered by DHL or FedEx in 10-15 days after shipping
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, delivered by EMS in 15-25 days after shipping
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking information quicker than you can say “yeehaw!” You’ll be able to follow your Western gear every mile of its journey until it arrives at your doorstep.
What if my package is delayed?
While we aim to deliver faster than a mustang at full gallop, sometimes delays happen due to weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll do our darndest to track it down.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
If your gear doesn’t fit right or isn’t what you expected, you’ve got 15 days after delivery to start a return. We want you to be as happy with your purchase as a cowboy with a new pair of perfectly broken-in boots. Items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached.
How do I return an item?
Send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll provide return instructions faster than a jackrabbit on a date. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or defective.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment method, but generally shows up quicker than a cowboy can rope a calf.
Do you offer exchanges?
We sure do! If you need a different size or color, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help you swap your gear faster than a quick-change artist at a rodeo.
